Ordered the placemats as they were the only ones which had a delivery before Christmas, they were more expensive than other similar placemats. Delivery was post Christmas which was disappointing. Quality seems good however.

I am very sorry that the parcel did not arrive before Christmas, unfortunately I had no influence on the loss of the parcel, which was found right after Christmas and was finally delivered to you.
