My name is Jessica and I currently live and work in Minneapolis, MN (USA) with my husband Gary. I've been crafting in general for several years, focusing mainly on designing jewelry.
I come from a long line of creative women, my grandmother hails from Germany and is a highly talented knitter, crocheter and seamstress. My mother loved making beautiful, creative things with her own two hands. Like my mother and grandmother, my own personal love for jewelry making and design is rooted in a for handcrafting. I've also repeatedly found it frustrating when I am unable to find exactly what I had pictured in my mind in stores. I learned the skills I needed to craft jewelry of my own, in order to bring to life the images in my mind, and fell in love with designing unique and one-of-a-kind pieces for myself and for friends and family. I'm told so often that my pieces are "darling" that I named my shop "Liebling", the German word for darling.
Now, I've taken the leap into selling my pieces, and sharing that unique experience with the world. Or, trying to!
All of my pieces are handcrafted in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
Payments:
I accept PayPal, and money orders by special request. Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase, no exceptions. Unpaid for items will be relisted after 7 days.
Shipping Timelines:
All items are shipped next business day after payment is received, items will be shipped the address that you specified at the time of checkout. I ship items in a padded envelope, via USPS regular mail.
Third party shipping is available for gifts. Please let me know the address to ship to, any note you would like on a gift card, and the address to which I should send the invoice. Also whether or not you would like the item gift wrapped.
Shipping Costs:
The shipping charge includes both shipping and handling.
If you wish for your piece to be insured, I can do so but an additional $3 charge for insurance will apply. Convo me first and we'll work it out.
If you have a special shipping request, convo me prior to your purchase and we'll work out pricing, etc.
Customer Satisfaction:
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If it is not exactly what you imagined I am happy to work with you to make it right!
I will accept items for return, repair or exchange (if available) within 5 days of receipt. However, buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact me first to discuss the details of the situation so I can be prepared and give you an appropriate timeframe on repairs.
Exception : Custom orders are NOT returnable.
