Everything you've always wanted to know about Sugarcube Design but were afraid to ask:
ABOUT US: We list frequently, so check back often for lots of new designs. There's always something new and brilliant!
Everything we make comes from a completely smoke-free environment. Not a bit smelly!
CUSTOM ORDERS: Sure! We'll customize any card, tag, or envelope you see here to include your Etsy shop's name and address. Have a special request? We'd love to hear about it!
SHIPPING: We ship twice a week, every week. (Of course sometimes things happen, so please allow up to seven days for your items to be packed up and shipped.)
Whenever possible, we used recycled shipping materials. No, it's not that we're too cheap to buy shipping supplies! We just love the planet, and want to do our part.
When in doubt, we use the address listed on your PayPal account as your shipping address. So, please be sure that's where you'd like your shipment to go.
RETURNS: Of course, we hope you'll love everything you purchase here, so please be sure to read all item descriptions carefully. But if for some reason you're not completely satisfied, we will cheerfully accept returns within ten days.
