Hi, thanks for popping by, and for being nosey enough to want more info...

What can I tell you about me? Well, strangely enough I AM called Cara, and I live in Northamptonshire, England. I'm a wife and a mother who loves to make things with fabric and felt.

After being repeatedly told that I ought to be selling my creations, I finally took note and went for it. I opened my store online late 2007.

I discovered a love of fabric and felt aged 5 when I made my mum a Needle Book. I can spend hours in my local fabric shop - and don't get me started on buttons and ribbons!

I particularly enjoy making bunting, which I first started to make many years ago. I love how bunting can brighten a room instantly.

Since my children came along I've been inspired to make things for them, whilst Christmas brings tree and wreath ornaments in Limited Editions.

I'm always dreaming up new designs - some make it here whilst some just appear as a 'one-off'.

All of my things are created by me, in my work room cum music room at the top of our house. We play a lot of instruments in our house... cello, violin, piano, recorder, saxophone and drums ! All items are made in a smoke free environment too.
