Beans Bio I have been known as Beans all my life. As nick names go, I have heard worse. I quite like it!
I have loved making, drawing and doing anything creative my whole life. Until now I have discouraged myself easily, I assumed I couldn’t do it or people wouldn’t like it.
But thanks to meeting my lovely husband and not being a conventional bride/couple I made a lot stuff for our wedding. All of which a lot of people were impressed with and complimented. Low and behold my crafty beans were awoken.
It started with cake toppers and a duck...
In January I decided that I would try and make craft, art and making my job. No more nasty office lighting headaches or credit recs. for me. Just me and blocks of clay – to take on the world!
What I’m inspired by and what’s Rocking my world at the moment:
Making lists. Decaff. Tea. Hugs. Wii sports. The Sunday magazines on a lazy Sunday morning. Thesauruses. Cornflakes & ice-cold milk. Green. Good Carrot cake. Finding new music. Trivial pursuit. Toasted bagels. The feeling of satisfaction from making something I’m proud of. Christmas. December. Creating a new Character. Disney Paris. Photography. New notebooks & sketchbooks. My husband. My hippie art shop up the road. Maths. Tulips. Squash. Polymer Clay. Good Comedies. Getting lost in the car. Our Nabaztags People watching. Getting post. Helium balloons. Quality over quantity. Good spelling. Frasier. Making a decision I’m happy with.
