Print and Pattern {http://printpattern.blogspot.com} is an amazing blog based in the UK and dedicated to surface pattern design. Print and Pattern editor “Bowie Style” (yes, a funky pseudonym!) is now calling for entries from artists because Print and Pattern will soon be turned into a published book, by a fantastic publishing house, Lawrence King in the UK and Chronicle Books in the US.

Bowie got in touch with me to ask that I invite the artists and designers of the DaWanda community who create “anything with a great printed surface” to submit their work for consideration. In particular artists from Germany, France and Spain.

Bowie says, "we’ll hopefully feature patterns, cards, papergoods, scrapbooking, textiles, ceramics, badges, in fact anything with a great printed surface."

I'm gonna see if I have anything that fits... I love print, but I'm more about raising the surface with decoration... maybe next time...

Well, does textured "printed" jewelry fit ? I use textures and home-made photopolymer plates adapted from the printing world to texture some of my pieces. Maybe that could fit. Thanks for the information !
