Annulation et renvoi
Please contact me within 3 days after receiving package if you are not satisfied with your purchase so I can resolve the problem. I cannot accept returns after this time.
I will refund you the full amount once I have received the bag and have checked that everything is in order.

Make sure you read the descriptions correctly so you don't receive a bag that is not what you've expected. Please also note that colors may vary from display to display.

All items are shipped within 7-14 working days after receiving payment with International Priority Mail.

I always ship to your DaWanda address. Please make sure that this address is correct and updated. If you want me to ship your bag to another address send me an information.
All bags are hand packed by me with care and attention. I use boxes and paper made from recycled materials.
