All items are custom make and will take 5-7 working days to finish.

Annulation et renvoi

All the SALE items (including cashmere sale and special purchase) are not returnable.

If it is a rush order and special delivered using DHL/UPS then a restocking fee of 15Euro(US, Canada, Australia) or 20Euro (Europe) will be charged.

We accept returns on situation A) and B)
A) there is no flaw on the garment, just you don't like it:
1) contact us within 3 days of receiving the items, and send it out within 7 days of receiving the items.
2) we are not responsible for the 2nd shipping fee. If you don't send it by recorded mail then we cannot be responsible for any loss during postage.
3) the items remain new and unused state
4) We will issue a refund via paypal as soon as we receive the item. Because we offer FREE SHIPPING, so we will have to charge a restocking fee of 12Euro for EACH item.

You will recieve a refund amount = the total amount you paid - restocking fee 12Euro.
For example, if an item priced 50, then the refund you will get is 50-12=38.

B) if the garment has FLAW:
1) contact us within 3 days of receiving the garment, and send it out within 7 days of receiving the items.
2) send it back using recorded mail.
3) The item must be in new condistion and unused.
4) We will issue a FULL refund to you.

If you are making a Alchemy order, then a norefundable 50% deposite will be took. And no return or refund on alchemy order.

Noted that we are doing CUSTOM items. We put a lot of time and effert to make every item. Each piece we make it to fit your measurment and will NOT be able to resell it in most case. So please make sure you really read the description and convo to know every detail about the item before you place order. Thank you for your consideration:)

**Free shipping destination: Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Norway, Switzerland, Portugal, Swenden

**Shipping to the rest of the world including Middle East, South America, Africa, and part of Europe, etc will be charged extra shipping fee**

If you are making a last minite rush order, emergency shipping using DHL to US/Canada/Australia will need extra 15Euro, and to Europe will be 20Euro. But we don't recommend making such a rush order because things may get delayed during shipping.
