All items are shipped after receiving payment. We offer both paypal and Bank transfer options.
(We have a verified account on paypal)
In the bank transfer situation the accound will need more time to clear so feel free to contact us with any questions.
All the items are shipped by regular first priority mail.
We offer a mail tracking number option(that means that you can track and trace your package and estimate delivery time) with an extra cost of 2.50 euros.
Items are shipped carefully packed in bubble mailers or cardboard boxes. For this reason we don't refund lost or damaged by the post office packages.
All customers outside european union:
additional customs fees are responsibility of the customer.

♥ Lost and damaged packages ♥
If you have not receive your package :
If it was shipped with reqular mail I can only provide you with the date that your package was shipped.
Unfortunatly I have no way of tracking these packages.
If your package included tracking and you have not received I will replece it.
♥Damaged items ♥
First report it immediately after receiving your package to your post office.
Then send me photos of the damaged items and I'm sure will find a solution about it.
