Payment is due within 7 days of purchase.
Purchases will ship once payment is cleared (PayPal transfers and credit card payments clear immediately; checks and PayPal e-checks take about a week to clear).
US Wisconsin buyers will be charged 5% state sales tax.
Annulation et renvoi
All purchases will arrive in either a gift box with ribbon, or an organza bag, and placed in a bubble mailer.
I guarantee all my work. If you are not happy with your purchase upon its arrival, please contact me and I will work with you to make it right.

Multiple items shipped together will receive shipping discounts, based on estimated weight.
* I will ship to the address you enter during the DaWanda check-out, unless you tell me otherwise. (Sometimes PayPal has a different address) *
I will also ship to a gift recipient upon request.
Shipments are made twice weekly via USPS 1st Class International Mail. US orders will include a delivery confirmation. Express services are available upon request.
For payment, I prefer PAYPAL.

I also accept cheques / checks. Please choose "PayPal" and add a note during checkout.

** IMPORTANT ** I have very few problems with deliveries, both domestic and international. Here are a few Shipping Guidelines to ensure a safe delivery!
1. For large orders, I may require "Registered* or *Express* Mail to allow for insurance.
2. Customs fees may be levied by your country; I am not responsible for these fees, if any.
3. Any packages undelivered will be handled on a case by case basis. (only one of more than 800 orders I mailed this past year has been undelivered)
4. Most international packages arrive within 1-2 weeks of mailing, but this is not guaranteed by the postal service. If you need Express or Guaranteed Mail, please contact me.
