These beads are all handmade by me so every (and I mean every) precaution has been taken to ensure you buy beads that will last for generations, If however you get your beads and have any doubts, get in touch right away and I will refund or replace them without question. I want you to be happy with your beads.

The other thing with glass that I have to mention (even though it’s common sense) is don’t expose it to extremes of temperature. It can cause stresses in the glass that can go unnoticed. Wash the beads if necessary in tepid soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. Also, beads are tough critters but try not to throw them around too much. Remember never use or wear a bead that you suspect has even the tiniest of fractures (not that any of mine ever have!!!).

Annulation et renvoi

As soon as payment is received, items will be well packed so they stand the best chance of arriving in one piece, and sent by First Class Registered post or International Signed for so they are insured against loss or damage. If you are unhappy at all with the beads when they arrive then please contact me as soon as possible and I will refund or replace them.
