Every product is handmade with lots of love and care. I use high quality materials only. All my products are made by hand (no sewing machine involved).
Annulation et renvoi
If you want to cancel an order that's no problem at all. Please send me a message and I will cancel the order.
If I haven't received your payment within 14 days I will first contact you to see if you still want to order. If not your order is automatically cancelled.
All things are made with lots of love and care. However, if you are not satisfied about a product you may send it back within 7 days after receiving the product. Please contact me first about the problem. After receiving the product back I will refund the price of the product. I cannot refund shipping costs however.

Every order is packed with lots of care and protection. Stamps are packed in a lovely brown paper bag. Papergoods are packed in protective plastic sleeves.
