I do not accept any returns unless the item you received is wrong.

If we have not received your payment 7 days after you place your order I will cancel the order.

Shipping
♥All orders are shipped 2-3 days after received cleared payment (unless otherwise stated in the product description)
♥ I mark the order as paid and send as soon as I have it shipped this way you know the date of shipping

♥All items are shipped 1-2 days after receiving payment,with first priority mail without tracking.
**Only some one of a kind items include tracking in the shipping price please check the description of each item for more information.
* If you'd like to add tracking to your package additional cost for each package will be 2.50 € please contact me before placing your order so I can set up an upgraded shipping listing for you

♥ Lost and damaged packages ♥
If you have not receive your package :
If it was shipped with reqular mail I can only provide you with the date that your package was shipped.
Unfortunatly I have no way of tracking these packages.
If your package included tracking and you have not received I will replece it.
♥Damaged items ♥
First report it immediately after receiving your package to your post office.
Then send me photos of the damaged items and I'm sure will find a solution about it.
