I accept payment via PayPal.

All payments should be made by the end of 7 days. Please email me if there will be a problem or delay for any reason.

Annulation et renvoi

POSTAGE AND PACKING
I ship worldwide.
All items are securely packaged, ready to offer as a gift and shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment, using Royal Mail. (http://www.royalmail.com)
If you need it sooner, or recorded please contact me and I will be able to send it as a special delivery or with a courrier!
CUSTOM orders need about 5-7 days to make item :)

Please allow extra days for weekends and bank holidays. If there is a delay for any other reason I will inform you.

I always obtain Proof of postage.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I will refund yourr payment excluding all postage and packing charges. You will need to sen dit back to me in its original condition for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please ensure you use an adequate method of postage and compensation for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting.

I do not refund for returns that are lost in the post, you will have to claim from the postal service yourself if this ever occurs.
