Payment and Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT accept any form of payment other than PAYPAL and Google Checkout. If you would like an invoice through Google, please select the payment option of 'other' and indicate this in the 'notes to seller'. If I know you in real life, you may choose the payment option of 'other' and arrange payment with me personally. Payment is expected upon purchase of item. Please see shipping rates below. I ship within 1-3 days after receipt of payment. Please note custom orders may take longer before they are ready to ship. Domestic shipping will be either first class parcel or parcel post (depending on weight) with delivery confirmation service. For all international destinations I use airmail. PLEASE be sure your PayPal address is the correct mailing address, as that is the one I will use unless you inform me otherwise.

I cannot be responsible for damaged and/or lost packages. If you would like your purchase insured, please contact me for an adjusted invoice upon purchase.

Refunds and Returns

I typically do not accept returns unless item description is grossly misleading. However, I realize that when shopping on the internet, we don't always receive what we expect. I encourage you to contact me with any concerns about your item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase before leaving a negative or neutral feedback. I am interested in working with you to assure your satisfaction.
