We will ship the product within max 5 working days after receiving your payment. Shipping is done through the Polish Postal Service with Tracking Numbers (both Priority Mail and Global Express). However only GLOBAL EXPRESS mail is trackable outside Poland.
Normally it takes around 4 weeks to reach US and around 1 week to reach destinations in Europe/UK.

Are the decorations handmade?
Each pair of our shoe clips is made by us manually.
As a result, they may be slightly different from the original shown in the photo.

How the decorations are attached?
Decorations are attached to shoes with special metal clips. Clips are gentle enough not to damage shoes, and at the same time strong enough to hold on shoes through the whole day.

Does clips damage the shoes?
Each clip is secured with felt, so there is no risk of scratching or damaging the surface of the shoe.
