Please have in mind that due to the handmade nature of my products a slighlty difference in shape or colour may occur!
Annulation et renvoi
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchases, this is why I try to take detailed photos and describe the item as detailed as possible. If you are anything but satisfied contact me!
If something arrives broken to you, contact me.
I will ask you to return the broken object and will make you a new one.
In case of return buyer is responsible for all return postage and packaging costs.

I accept Paypal (you don't even need to sign up with paypal to pay this way! Just use your credit card like you would on any other site) and Dawanda Voucher
Please note that orders get shipped after payment is cleared.
If payment is not received, I will send you a message through Dawanda and if there is no response within 7 days, the order will be canceled for lack of payment.
If for any reason you need more time, please let me know.

Payment is due 24 hours after purchase
• Bank Transfer:
Payment should arrive on my bank account 3 days after purchase (Germany)
Payment should arrive on my bank account 7 days after purchase (International)
☻ SHIPPING ☻
Items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of Payment where possible.
I use normal mail. If you want registered mail with tracking number please contact me in order to inform you about the extra cost.
All items will be shipped lovely packaged and in bubbled envelopes in order to avoid any damage (Please note that the shipping costs include packaging of the item too!)
However I can not be responsible if the post mishandles the package.
Customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
