I accept payment through Paypal now! More good news is that you don't need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal, just click the Paypal button when you go through the checkout and click on the link to pay with your credit card.
I will also accept bank transfers from customers in the EU. Please contact me if further details are needed.
I'll try to ship stock items in a day (weekends and holidays aside). I am shipping from Belgium, using regular Belgian postal services that are uninsured. Please let me know when ordering, if you prefer to send your package with insurance. Altough Belgian post is generally reliable, I cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost items.
In case you change your mind about an item, please contact me within 7 days before returning it. The piece must be unworn, undamaged and returned with all of its original packaging.All my work is send to you in gift wrapping and protected well to go through the mail. Refunds are made on the satisfactory return of the item, minus shipping costs. Unfortunatly custom made orders cannot be returned. Altough I stand by the quality of my work, in the unlikely event of a defect, under normal use, do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to offer a repair or replacement.
In some countries, buyers are subject to customs taxes and duties on items shipped internationally. I am in no way responsible for these taxes and duties, and they shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
