✾ CUSTOM ORDERS
I am happy to discuss custom orders. Simple changes to listed items are usually possible, such as a change in chain length or type. Items using uncut minerals are unique and the finished item may vary slightly from the original picture.

Annulation et renvoi

☹ RETURNS

I stand by the quality of my work. However, in the unlikely event of a defect, under normal use, I will happily offer a repair or replacement. If you change your mind about an item, please contact me within 7 days before returning it. The item must be unworn, undamaged and returned with its original packaging. Refunds are made on the satisfactory return of the item, minus shipping costs. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

I try and ship stock items within 24 hours (weekends and holidays aside). I ship from Australia, registered post that is NOT INSURED, but does require a signature upon delivery. If you'd like insurance, please ask before you pay and I will apply the appropriate charge. . Please understand that once shipped, I cannot be held responsible for delayed items. Overseas shipping can sometimes take up to 4 weeks, although the average time for an item to arrive in the US is about a week and about 7-10 days to the UK.
