Hi! My name is Anna and I have been creating all my life, I can't imagine doing anything else. I love to work on several different things at once, it keep my imagination happy and my life interesting!
I make my mice in many different characters so that there is one perfect for you! If you have an idea for a mouse that you don't see in my shop, let me know! If I like it, I might make it!
I'm happy to take commissions, contact me to discuss the possibilities.
The House of Mouse creations are intended for adults and collectors over 14 years old, they are not suitable for children as they include small parts that could easily be swallowed.
I photograph each new mouse as it is listed so you will always receive the one you see in the listing you buy.
The House of Mouse reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behavior towards other DaWanda members.

I anticipate being very busy over Christmas. To avoid disappointment please place Christmas orders before the following dates..
For The Netherlands: Friday December 19th*
For other countries in Europe: Friday December 5th**
For USA, Canada and other Non-European countries: Friday November 21st**
For custom orders made in November and December Please allow up to FIVE WORKING DAYS for completion of your order before shipping.

**These dates are recommendations only, based on my experience of shipping to various parts of the world. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that customs or some other delay may slow down your package further. Order early to avoid disappointment.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know so that I can cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback in this situation. I do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After I have confirmed your order you will receive an email from DaWanda to show you what to do next. when you get to the PayPal page scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before your package will be shipped.

Items are shipped in a cardboard gift box wrapped in packing paper, and placed in a sturdy shipping box. All The House of Mouse’s packaging, including labels, packing paper, gift boxes and shipping boxes are made from recycled paper.
The House of Mouse ships worldwide using TNT post shipping. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

If your DaWanda and PayPal address differ, please let me know in a message. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address furnished during DaWanda checkout.
The House of Mouse is located in the Netherlands. Prices are for priority shipping. Shipping within Europe normally takes 5-8 working days. Shipping to the USA and other countries outside Europe takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Packages sent to countries outside the European Union are occasionally delayed further by customs, this is out of my control and I request that you factor this eventuality into the delivery time. It does not happen often, but it can happen.
