--- PAYMENT ---

* Paypal is the only acceptable method of payment from international customers.
* Cheques can be sent from UK customers as payment, I will send you the amount in Pounds sterling if requested.
* Payment is required immediately upon order if possible, or made with in 7 days of purchase. If payment is not made within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and relisted. Please contact me straight away if there are any problems with payment.
* Goods are shipped only after payment is received and / or cleared.

--- SHIPPING & REFUNDS ---

* I ship internationally & domestically, if you require the cost of shipping for an item please contact me.
* I offer combined shipping, please contact me if you require combined shipping cost.
* I ship all orders with Royal Mail, FIRST CLASS UK and via Airmail for all international orders (about 5-10 working days).
* Compensation cover is up to 50 euros for all shipping, if you require more insurance please contact me.
* All orders are shipped once your payment has cleared, normally in 1-2 days of receiving your order (depending on public holidays)
* Please contact me if your order has not arrived (over 25 working days), or your order is damaged. All orders have compensation cover; this only covers the item not shipping costs. Proof of any damage will be requested.
* A full refund of the item will be given once compensation cover has been received from the Royal Mail, or if possible a replacement item will be sent if requested (please note many of my items are OOAK)

--- RETURNS & EXCHANGES ---

* Please return within 30 days of payment. Return shipping is at buyer's own expense.
* A money refund will be given for the cost of the item only. Shipping is not refundable. Paypal fees will be deducted.
* All Items should be in unused condition and unwashed, and in a re-sellable condition.
* If an exchange is required the buyer must pay additional shipping costs.

* I leave feedback once an item has been paid for, I love to get feedback so I know that your order has been received safely and that you are happy too :D
