1. Moneybookers is my primary method of accepting payments (sozgule@yahoo.com), but I also use Paypal as a fast and secure alternate method for making payments online.

2. The orders are shipped within 3 business day after the payment is received. The shipment information will be emailed to the customer.

3. I am happy to combine shipping which will give you discount on the shipping cost. The shipping cost varies according to the weight and distance of the order, so please contact me before making any payment.

4. Please keep in mind that the shipping fees also include handling and packaging.

5. All deliveries are registered which allows online trackibility only if the your local post office inputs the arrival of the package in their online system. I will email you the registration number, please keep it in order to track the order.

6. Please allow 7-15 days for the delivery of your order. The duration changes according to the distance of your country and holidays.

7. The fees and the duration information are given by the local Post Office. Any change by the Post Office will be reflected in our terms.

8. I am happy to offer 15% discount if you purchase 3 or more products at once. I will also announce some seasonal discounts time to time. 15% additional discount will not be applied during that period.

9. I trust my products, however if you are not satisfied one hundred percent, please contact me within 3 days of the purchase and send me back the product(s) in original conditions. (Please do not send the item without contacting me first). I will refund your money to your Moneybookers/Paypal account. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please also note that Paypal takes some amount of money from each money received in their client’s account.
