CONDITIONS OF SALE:

SHOP PAYMENTS –
a) I accept credit and debit cards, via the Paypal checkout provided (secure on-line payment system), as well as Paypal account payments.
b) If you live in the UK I will accept postal orders and personal cheques in pounds sterling (£). Please email me at the checkout for the conversion rate.
c) Payments must be made within 7 days of purchase.

CUSTOM – Please note that I also try to stay within the realm of the products I carry within my boutique range… I can send you a catalogue if you would like?
a) Please email me requests… although I have a heavy workload, where I can provide you that special something… I will!
b) Commissions & private orders are started after full payment is received.
c) Once a commission/private order is paid for cancellations are unavailable, as materials will have been ordered. Please note that there is therefore no refund service for cancellations.
d) Delivery dates will be confirmed at the time of agreement and on receipt of payment. Usually commissions or private orders take 14-28 days to produce, depending on demand, project size and materials in stock & are posted out after this time.
e) All items are sent under my usual policy below.
f) Refunds are are only available on faulty items. Please see the refund policy below.

P&P COSTS & DISCOUNTS
a) All postage costs include packaging and by that I mean the cost of mailbags, or envelopes and not presentation boxes and optional advertising extras!
b) 2 or more items – I offer discounts on combined purchases. Etsy automatically processes these discounts for you.
c) If the postage and packaging costs me less than I have charged you I will refund the difference.

DELIVERIES – All items will be sent out after payment is received and cleared in to my account.
a) My post days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
b) UK post is 2nd class (2-5 days), whilst the Rest of the World is by Airmail (Europe 7-10 days, Rest of World 10-14 days).
c) Prices do not include insurance.
d) Buyers are responsible for the shipping information, please check that your DaWanda shipping address is correct. Non-delivery due to misinformation will not result in a refund.

CANCELLATIONS – I do not offer a Cancellation service, so please only add an item to your cart if you intend to purchase. I do however offer a full refund service if an item arrives in a damaged condition.

REFUNDS – I can only offer refunds on items that arrive in a damaged condition, especially as I have so many pierced items. If this does happen, then please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. Refunds can only be issued on receipt of the returned goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing. I would ask that all item descriptions are fully read and understood before purchase. Please feel free to email me any specific questions about an item, I am always happy to help.

a) To request a return, email me via the ‘Contact Seller’ link within 7 days of the delivered item.
b) I (the Seller) reserve the right to accept, or refuse returns with prior written agreement only.
c) Payment of returned post will be made by me (the Seller) and will be at the cost of the cheapest postal service. Please note that if you return an item by a more expensive method, the extra cost will the responsibility of you (the Buyer).
d) Refunds will be issued only if the item is returned in its original selling state, for example - in it’s original box and fully tagged.
e) Refunded payments will be made by the same method as payment, unless otherwise stated by the Seller.

FEEDBACK
As you are aware ratings count! So if you feel that there are issues with leaving positive feedback then please contact me first. This will give me chance to follow customer service through and rectify any less than perfect situations.

WHOLESALE – I don’t currently offer these services, due to my workload… but do still write and ask. If I can, I will!

Please also note that photographs can not be used without prior agreement of Sara’s Texture Crafts… although I am more happy to provide photos and text for features upon request.

If you are based in Europe, please note that your mail prices will greatly be reduced under the ‘rest of the world’ section.

Where the above charges exceed postage and packaging costs by more than £1 (GBP), an automatic ‘difference’ refund will be issued. This often works out in benefit of overseas customers and heavier UK items.
