CONDITIONS OF SALE ON DAWANDA:

Working Office Hours:
Mon – Fri: 9 - 5:30pm
Please note this is not to be confused with shop opening hours, as I am not a walk in shop. I am a registered on-line business only and as such there are no local pick ups available also. I do however, post daily.

SHOP PAYMENTS –
a) I accept Paypal payments only.
b) If you live in the UK I will accept postal orders and personal cheques in pounds sterling (£). Please email me at the checkout for the conversion rate.
c) Payments must be made within 7 days of purchase.
d) Please note that no payment details are kept.
e) SPECIAL NOTE – if you are paying with a DaWanda Voucher, there will be a delay caused by the transfer of funds between DaWanda and my bank. This delay is usually no more than 2-3 working days.

DELIVERIES –
All items will be sent out after payment is received and cleared in to my account. I ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, with orders usually taking 1 working day to dispatch.
a) All postage costs include packaging, DaWanda/Paypal fees.
b) 2 or more items – I offer discounts on combined purchases. DaWanda automatically processes these discounts for you. These are clearly stated in each listing, by country (UK, EU, Non-EU and Everywhere else.)
c) Method of Carriage – under 999g and under is; UK post is 2nd class (3-5 working days), whilst the Rest of the World is by Airmail (7-15 working days). For orders that total 1kg and over I send my signed for services, which may in some cases take a shorter time frame.
d) Prices below a 1kg total order weight do not include insurance. If you require this please ask before you pay so I can create a custom listing for you.
e) Maximum package weights;

My maximum weight per UK Mainland order is 1,900g using Royal Mail, so if you order more you will receive your order split over two parcels.

My maximum weight per Overseas order is 1,750g, so if you order more you will receive your order split over two parcels.

f) Buyers are responsible for the shipping information; please check that your Etsy shipping address is correct. Non-delivery due to misinformation will not result in a refund.
g) Overpayments – I have calculated the P&P prices to be correct, so there will be no overpayments.
h) SPECIAL NOTE – Certain countries may charge buyers custom fees for handling goods. It is the responsibility by law for the importer (Buyer) to understand and pay these charges. No charge information is available to the exporter (Seller), as this charge is not theirs by law. Having said this I ship worldwide and do not know of a country yet who has charged customs fees for my products. To check it is always best to contact your relevant Government department.

Countries I will not ship to;

Kazakhstan
This is due to continued problems with post in these countries… items rarely arrive.

POSTAL SERVICE DELAYS/DELAYED POST –
This is very unusual, but can occasionally happen. Peak times such as Christmas and bad weather will affect mail carrier’s services and in those cases I do everything I can to help.

Inland - Royal Mail can take 3-5 working days to deliver this untraceable service, as their policy states. Royal Mail do state that Second Class items in extreme circumstances can take up to 15 working days to deliver and are not classed as lost until this time.

Overseas - Airmail can take 7-15 working days to arrive to overseas destinations from the UK (depending on how many connections the journey has). Royal Mail standard Airmail is an untraceable service, so there is no tracking number. Tracking numbers come with International Signed for and express services which I only charge on orders over £39, due to their high cost, unless a buyer ask for these. Royal Mail do state that Airmail items in extreme circumstances can take up to 30 working days to deliver and are not classed as lost until this time.

In both cases it is important to check in the following locations; with your neighbours, just in case anyone took this in for you, sometimes people forget if they don’t see neighbours the same day. It may also be possible that the postman did attempt to deliver the item already, but failed to leave you a card stating that he has taken it back to your local collection depot or post office, so it may be worth checking if they have it there waiting.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES –
I do not offer Exchanges or Refunds unless an item has arrived damaged. I would ask that all item descriptions are fully read and understood before purchase, also that differences in colour photo representation are understood. Please feel free to email me any specific questions about an item, I am always happy to help.
a) To request a return, email me via the ‘Contact Seller’ link within 14 days of the delivered item.
b) I (the Seller) reserve the right to accept, or refuse returns with prior written agreement only.
c) Payment of returned post will be made by me (the Seller) and will be at the cost of the cheapest postal service. Please note that if you return an item by a more expensive method, the extra costs will the responsibility of you (the Buyer).
d) Refunds will be issued only if the item is returned in its original selling state, for example - in its original packaging and fully protected for transit.

CUSTOM ORDERS – Due to demand, I am now happy to offer custom order services. My unit prices cover fees, so I am now able to list freely for you. You can also choose from stock on my main website at www.SarasTextureCrafts.com and where stocks allow these can be included on Etsy for you. Please email me clear lists of items and quantities and I will quote you as quickly as possible.

FEEDBACK - As you are aware ratings count! So if you feel that there are issues with leaving positive feedback then please contact me first. This will give me chance to follow customer service through and rectify any less than perfect situations.

WHOLESALE – I don’t currently offer these services, due to my workload… but do still write and ask. If this changes I can let you know.
