Annulation et renvoi

I am generally unable to provide a replacement for missing items as most of my items are one-offs. Please let me know when you purchase if you require a tracking number for your parcel as this will require an additional payment, but will entitle you to a refund in the rare event of a non-delivery.

Returns - I really hope that you love whatever you choose from my store but if it's not what you expected please let me know within 7 days of receipt and I will accept it back for a full refund if its in its original condition and packaging.
