Annulation et renvoi
If you have any problem with the item you receive I will do all I can to make sure you are happy. Please convo with me and we will work something out.
If the article is damaged please return the item within 30 days and I will at my digression refund your money minus the shipping costs or replace with a similar item (shipping will need to be repaid).
Modalités d'expédition et de paiement
Payment is expected upon order. I will not ship the item until after I have received payment. If I do not receive a payment or have not had any contact with you within 3 days after your order is placed I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received within 10 days, I will cancel your order and the item will be re-listed.
All items shipped within Australia are shipped by general postage service. This will generally take 2-5 working days. All orders for outside Australia will be posted via basic air-mail. This generally takes 1-3 weeks depending how far it has to travel.
If you wish to receive your item quickly feel free to email me about the price of quicker postage, I can then add it to your bill. You can also email me if you would like to take out issuance.
All items are packaged a water proof packing to make sure that everything comes to you in the best condition. I use a mix of new and recycled materials to help our environment and keep the cost of postage down.
The buyer is responsible for any taxes that may be charged in their country when they receive their order. They are also responsible for any issues with customs.
