I will ship the day after I receive and verify payment. Bank transfers may take notably longer to clear, even up to a week, so I advise to use this form of payment only if you're not in any hurry. Please contact me for bank info.

I provide a lifetime guarantee of free repairs, provided the damage is not due to misuse, accident or improper care and storage. I stand by my workmanship.

I will provide free gift-wrapping on request.

I will never share your personal information with anybody for any reason.

I do NOT repeat my designs, though I may occasionally do variations on a certain theme. Each piece is absolutely unique. In general, I prefer not to do custom work unless given freedom of design by the customer.

I do not accept returns.

I provide a lifetime guarantee on the craftsmanship and will repair or replace any piece of jewlery for free provided that the flaw or breakage is not due to neglect or improper care of the jewelry. All buyers receive instructions on how to best care for seed bead jewelry and any eventual stones included in the piece.

Modalités d'expédition et de paiement

Attention: I do NOT ship to Africa and most of Asia. Only exceptions to this are: Saudi Arabia, Darassalam, United Arab Emirates, and Japan.

I also do not ship to:
Albania, Romania, Slovenia and Moldavia.

I will ship to all of North America, South America, Oceania.

I strongly suggest that buyers opt for a trackable shipping method which can also be insured. I will NOT be held responsible for packages shipped without insurance, and lost packages will not be refunded.

The most economical method of shipping with a margin of security is Registered mail (no insurance, not trackable, but registered). Shipping to North America with registered mail takes anywhere from 10-14 business days, within Europe anywhere from 3 - 10 business days, to Oceania anywhere from 10 - 21 business days-

Within Europe: Flat rate of €5.00 registered mail

Americas: Flat rate of €10.00 registered mail

Oceania and Japan: Flat rate of €11.50 registered mail

Trackable shipping with insurance can unfortunately be quite expensive, but it's money well spent to ensure your peace of mind, considering the uniqueness and value of the merchandise.

Shipping costs with this method will vary according to your location, but starts at €33,35 within Europe (less for Italy), and insurance is €5.68.
This is an express shippig method and you can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 2 - 5 business days depending on your location. Please contact me if you live outside Europe and wish express shipping, so I can give you the correct rate for your country. If you live within Italy, please contact me, shipping within Italy with this method will cost considerably less
