All pieces are made to order - please allow up to 2-3 business days for me to create, package and mail all jewelry. If you need an item shipped sooner, don't hesitate in letting me know and in most cases I can convince myself to stay up a little later and mail it out within 24 hours.

Annulation et renvoi

I've made every attempt to take accurate photos and color-correct accordingly, but sometimes cameras don't work as well as real eyesight (go figure!) Colors do vary with individual monitors and each piece is subject to individual opinion. Please take a moment to read the full descriptions and specifications.

I will accept returns on necklaces up to 14 days after the items has reached you, but I cannot accept returns on earrings due to sanitary issues.

Modalités d'expédition et de paiement

I typically ship using the US Postal Service; however, if you would prefer an alternate method of shipment, please just let me know and I would be happy to send you a revised invoice after doing a little research into cost. While I will do everything possible to ensure your items are safely packed and sealed, I cannot control the amount of time it takes to arrive to you. I cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or late items. All import taxes/duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are generally shipped within two business days of payment. If you plan on paying by check or e-check, the items will shipped once the check has cleared.
