§ 1 Basic information

I am very pleased about your interest in my online store "loveyourdiamonds" (hereinafter also referred to as "loveyourdiamonds") operated via the platform "Etsy".

The use of Etsy and thus also of loveyourdiamonds can take place without the provision of personal data or registration. Loveyourdiamonds contains information that enables a quick electronic contact to me and direct communication with me (example "contact seller" in the store profile). This data is used exclusively to respond to your request. During the simple establishment of contact no passing on of these personal data takes place to third parties.

§ 12 Regulations on the provision of personal data
