Annulation et renvoi

All items are clearly described, with clear dimensions and measurements shown, with special attention to quality so customers can shop with confidence. If you have any questions or would like to know more about an item you can send me a message via DaWanda, and I will be happy to help :-)

I can not accept returns where the customer changes their mind about a purchase, or the customer damages the item due to misuse.

Shipping Insurance is available upon request by the customer. Please note that if Shipping Insurance is not requested I can not take responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in the mail. Thank you :-)

All items are mailed within 3 business days of receipt of payment, except custom orders where a delivery time will be organised between the customer and myself :-)

I am happy to accept payment from Australian customers via Direct Bank Deposit or Paypal. I can only accept payment from customers outside Australia via PAYPAL.
