All items in my shop are made by me - Jenny Karlsson, and the bags are meant to be worn out, so please use them as much as you want!

I will do my best to keep you a happy costumer, and never hesitate to contact me in case of any questions!

Annulation et renvoi

I hope that you are happy with your purchase!

However, if something would be unsatisfactory or you have a missing order, please let me know as soon as possible. I will deal with each case individually if there is any, and therefore have not a general refund policy to offer.
I can not be held responsible for items lost once they are shipped.

You/The buyer will be responsible for the shipping in the event of a return, exchange or repair.

Modalités d'expédition et de paiement

I accept Paypal, Bank transfer & Plusgiro if you live in Sweden. Contact me in case you use and of the latter two so I can send you my IBAN etc, or PG-account. I can do bank transfer from European countries as well, but please contact me about this so we can sort something out.

All items will be sent via First class air mail from Sweden.
Shipping takes place as soon as possible after the payment has been cleared. I ship all over the world.

I am happy to send things gift wrapped, just let me know as soon as possible.

It is possible to add an additional shipping service, such as Insured/Priority mail or Express, since these cost more it is important that you let me know BEFORE your purchase, so I can revise the shipping amount.

Jenny Karlsson Design can not be held responsible for any custom fees/charges, these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
