General terms of business of the DaWanda shop "Janagurumi"
§1 – Supplier, inclusion of the AGB
(1) Supplier and contracting partner is for the shown goods in the DaWanda shop "Janagurumi": Jana Ganseforth, Burgstrasse 23, 36163 Poppenhausen (in the following briefly "supplier").
(2) These general terms of business are a component of every contractual arrangement between the supplier and the respective customer. To conflicting Terms and Conditions of the customer is contradicted.
§2 – Line of products & Completion of the contract
(1) The supplier offers in his DaWanda shop "Janagurumi" shown article to other DaWanda users for the purchase. The in colour representation of the articles on the Internet site can vary according to used Internet browser and monitor settings of the customer slightly; these divergences are never quite avoidable technically.
(2) eBook
eBook is made available as a PDF file.
The PDF file is personalised, i.e. it is marked by visible and invisible watermarks (email address of the buyer), so that everybody can be assigned eBook unambiguously to the buyer.
(3) Goods choice, contract end and contract winding up occur into German or English language. The supplier delivers by dispatch within Germany or Europe. The contents of concluded contracts are stored in the DaWanda-customer account of the customer and are observable for the customer in the DaWanda main entrance about the menu "Mein DaWanda" under the point „My purchases“ any time.
§3 – Copyright
The PDF file may instal on several calculators or other devices (ebook reader etc.), provided that is made sure that only the customer can access the PDF file.
The use of the eBooks is personal only to the customer (that means "to the buyer") permitted. The passing on eBooks or parts of it is not allowed, neither in electronic form nor as an expression. It is worth the German copyright law.
The resale of ready figures is not permitted.
§4 – Prices & Shipping
(1) All product prices get on forwarding expenses as retail prices plus. Sales tax is not raised.
(2) The forwarding expenses are performed with the product description under „payment & dispatch“.
(3) The supplier delivers against precash (by bank credit transfer, PayPal or by means of DaWanda voucher). With the contract confirmation the customer receives by e-mail an Internet link which leads him in the area „My purchases“ on the DaWanda web page which contains the following further information about the winding up:
a) If the customer has chosen as a payment method "bank credit transfer", the correspondent of the supplier is informed of the customer.
b) If the customer has chosen as a payment method "PayPal", he reaches about the badge „Here click to pay with PayPal“ to the on-line service of PayPal and can arrange there the payment.
c) If the customer "DaWanda voucher" has chosen as a payment method, the customer can give one or several voucher codes. The voucher value is credited to the supplier and the invoice amount is paid in this manner. If a voucher value is higher than the invoice amount, the voucher by height of the exceeding amount remains valid.
(4) A payment term of one week from access of the contract confirmation is valid for precash orders. The supplier puts back the desired product during the duration of the payment term for the customer. It is incumbent upon the customer to cause so on time his payment that she comes with the supplier within the term. The supplier reserves himself the right to withdraw from the bill of sale and to sell otherwise the product if the payment to expiry of the term has not come. A payment coming after resignation of the customer is refunded for the customer.

§5 – Dispatch & terms of delivery
(1) The supplier hands over the product to be delivered within two working days from entire payment entrance to the dispatch enterprise. If a product is marked in the shop with „DaWanda of express train“, there is given in every case already in the first working day after payment entrance in the dispatch.
(2) The dispatch enterprise needs approx. 2-4 working days from handing over by the supplier for the delivery. It is delivered to the address of delivery given by the customer.
(3) If the delivery misses to the customer because the customer has given the address of delivery wrong or incompletely, a renewed Zustellversuch occurs only if the customer takes over the costs for the renewed dispatch. The renewed forwarding expenses correspond to the forwarding expenses agreed with contract end. The supplier will inform in addition the customer of the necessary costs of a renewed delivery by e-mail. A renewed dispatch occurs only after payment entrance of these costs.
§6 – Return of goods as a customer
(1) If the customer is a consumer in terms of §13 Civil Code, the purchase parties to a contract agree for the case of the exercise of the legal cancellation right (§§312d, 355 Civil Code) that the customer bears the costs of the return if the delivered product of the ordered ones corresponds and if the price of the thing to be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if the customer has produced the consideration or a by contract agreed hire-purchase with a higher price of the thing at the time of the cancellation not yet.
(2) As far as the customer has to bear the back end costs after preceding sales, the amount of money to be refunded by the supplier and the back end costs to be refunded by the customer can be settled with each other.
(3) For eBooks exists (how for other electronic media) no terms of delivery.
(4) Non free returns are not accepted.
§7 – Guarantee
The guarantee rights of the customer are directed according to the legal regulations.
§8 – Final regulations
(1) The supplier raises from the customer within the scope of his purchase to given data for the purpose of the contract treatment and contract fulfilment. As far as the customer uses the service of PayPal for the payment of his purchase, the PayPal-data protection regulations are valid for the payment process. Besides, PayPal becomes active as a fulfilment assistant of the customer, not of the supplier.
(2) It is worth the right of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the international private law and the UN-purchase right.
(3) Should single regulations of these general terms of business turn out ineffective or impracticable, this does not touch the effectiveness of the remaining regulations.

Cancellation instruction
As a consumer you can revoke your contract explanation within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) or – if to you the thing becomes before the deadline überlassen – also by return of the thing. The term begins on receipt of this instruction in text form, however, not before entrance of the product with the receiver (by the returning delivery of goods of the same kind not before entrance of the first part delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our duties to inform according to article 246 §2 in connection with §1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to §312 g of paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Civil Code in connection with article 246 §3 EGBGB. For the protection of the cancellation term the timely sending of the cancellation or the thing is enough.

Cancellation results
In case of an effective cancellation the achievements received on both sides to grant back and if necessary pulled uses (e.g., interest) are to be published. If you cannot publish to us the received achievement as well as uses (e.g., use advantages) or partially not or only in made worse state zurückgewähren or, you must pay to us in this respect value compensation. For the deterioration of the thing and for pulled uses you must pay value compensation only, as far as the uses or the deterioration are due to a contact with the thing which goes out the check of the qualities and the functionality. One understands the testing and trying out the respective product by „check of the qualities and the functionality“ how it is possible possibly in the retail shop and usual.
Package dispatchable things are to be sent back on our danger. They have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered product of the ordered ones corresponds and if the price of the thing to be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not produced the consideration or a by contract agreed hire-purchase with a higher price of the thing at the time of the cancellation yet. Otherwise the return is free for you. Not paketversandfähige things are fetched with you.
Obligations to the allowance of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The term begins for you with sending your cancellation explanation or the thing, for us with their receipt.

DISCOUNT ACTIONS:
By discount actions (e.g., 20% of discount on instructions) the purchase price is already given less the discount.
DISPATCH:
A delivery occurs only after precash. The invoice amount is to be transferred within 7 working days on receipt of the confirmation of order to the account informed to you.
At the end of the term I reserve myself a cancellation of the order.
FIGURES:
If not given so far from the buyer differently, I deliver to the calculation address. A divergent address of delivery is to be given during the order process.
Amigurumis from my shop I dispatch directly after payment entrance in the DHL package or in the DHL package. The buyer carries the forwarding expenses resulting for this.
PDF-CROCHET INSTRUCTIONS:
The PDF is usually sent within 24 hours on receipt of the payment by e-mail! No forwarding expenses attack, on this occasion, it for the buyer.
BITTE GIVE THEM BY THE PURCHASE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS TO WHICH THE PDF SHOULD BE DISPATCHED!!!
ORDERS:
Amigurumi orders are made at customer wish and are dispatched directly after payment entrance.
DISPATCH DISCOUNT:
By the purchase of several articles I grant OF COURSE A DISPATCH DISCOUNT.
