If a piece of jewelry breaks, or comes apart, please return it to us, we will replace/repair it free of charge, including return shipment. If you're not delighted with your purchase, contact us within 5 days of receipt and we'll work out an exchange or credit...thank you!

That said, IF you desire any additional insurance, packaging or Priority shipping, please contact me before you pay and I will send you a revised Paypal invoice with the shipping charges included!
