Payment is due IMMEDIATELY upon purchase.

I accept ONLY immediate PayPal payments for all new customers at this time: this means completing ALL of the steps within the checkout system immediately upon purchase. If you make a mistake when choosing your payment method, or do not know how to complete the purchase, PLEASE CONTACT ME.

Returning USA customers may pay via money order or check, but MUST inform me of this upon purchase. Checks will be placed on hold with a 10-day clearing period. Once the payment has cleared, your item will ship, & you will receive an email from me notifying you of shipment.

Annulation et renvoi

I'm sorry, but no refunds or returns on custom orders OR earrings...for hygenic reasons. If you believe your item to be defective, please contact me. I will also repair anything you manage to break for a nominal fee, and will make repairs for the life of the jewelry. I stand by my work!

Modalités d'expédition et de paiement

I accept PayPal and Google Checkout payments. Please let me know which you prefer so I can send you an invoice. I do NOT begin work on made to order items until payment clears.

I am located in California, USA. All shipping is *usually* done via United States Postal Service First Class mail, with delivery confirmation & insurance (for USA only), within 2-3 business days of purchase for pre-made orders. Made-to-order items can sometimes take up to 2 or 3 weeks, depending upon the item, my schedule & time of year.

Items arrive carefully packed in a natural brown cotton-filled gift box, tied with a mocha colored organza ribbon, perfect for giving as a gift to someone else, or yourself!

Shipping internationally may cause your package to attract fees or duties when delivered, as I will not lie on customs forms. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please also understand that it is the buyer's responsibility to know thier country's custom regulations. I will not be held accountable for items seized by customs or fees.
