RETURN-EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please check your items when receive your order. if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. I must be notified within 24 hours from receiving an item. I will accept all returns and exchanges which are not been worn or used.

If you would like to return your purchase, I refund you the cost after the item has arrived back. Note that shipping fees are not refundable.
For an exchange, I will send you a new product, after the item has arrived back. Note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

I do combine shipping when purchasing multiple items!

I usually mail your order within 1-2 days of purchase. Some custom orders may take up to 3 days. Orders placed between Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on following Monday.

Depending on the distance between, please note it may take up to 4 weeks after the post date for your order to arrive, be patient!

All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.

All orders will ship to Buyer's Etsy address. If you want to receive the order from different address, while purchasing leave me a message in the "Note to Seller" box.
