Packaging and Shipment

Free postage on orders over 45 EUR

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped within three business days. I ship all of my items with proprietary label and in packaging that matches the quality via airmail.
Shipping from Barcelona by registered letter (priority mail). Tracking code is available.

If you need fancy box please tell me.
If for some reason you find that your jewelry is not satisfactory, contact me and we can work things out.

Exchange / Return

If you are not happy with a product, you can exchange/return it.
Refunds/returns do not include return shipping costs. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged product, please notify me. All damaged items must be reported within 24 hours. Please pack the damaged item back in its original packaging including undamaged labels and send it back to me. At your request I will issue you a refund, repair the item, or exchange it for an item of equal value.

If you wish to return an item owing to your personal reasons, you may do so within 10 days of receipt of item. The item must be returned in undamaged and unused condition, to include original and undamaged labels, and in its original packaging. Unused condition is described as: not worn or used; no signs of wear, scratches, marks, stains or odors (i.e. Perfume, etc.); no damage to labels.
