Dieses Foto ist an einem Lieferanteneingang einer Apotheke in Osaka entstanden.

Die ganze Gasse war mit hunderten von Paletten für Shiseido-Produkte vollgestellt, die doch zugleich ein fein säuberlich Muster in orange und blau ergaben. Der Farbkontrast hat mich nicht losgelassen und dazu inspiriert, die Ordnungsliebe japanischer Kultur festzuhalten.

Dieses Foto ist Teil meiner "Modan"-Reihe, was im Japanischen so viel wie "Modern" bedeutet.

Es handelt sich um eine limitierte Edition, die auf professionellem seidenmattem Ilford-Fotopapier gedruckt und auf der Rückseite handsigniert wurde.

Das Wasserzeichen erscheint nur auf der Computeransicht und ist auf dem finalen Druck natürlich nicht zu sehen.

This photo was taken in a pharmacy loading dock in Osaka.

The loading dock was filled with hundreds upon hundreds of crates for Shiseido products, all neatly organized and stacked in orange and blue. The color contrast was amazing and arrangement of the crates inspired me to capture the orderliness the japanese culture.

This photograph is part of the 'Modan' series which means 'modern' in japanese.

It is a limited edition, printed on professional photographic paper and signed on the back.
