De Bereboot is a Dutch show, very popular in the 70's, with handpuppets, the name translates into The Bearboat, it's basically about three bears named Brilbeer (Glassesbear), Kapitein Brom (Captain Grumpy) and Maatje (Skipper) who have all sorts of crazy adventures on sea, in at least every episode they visit one of the many islands, and go to Tante (Aunt) Neel in the harbour cafeteria.
