This fabric brooch is made from various fabrics stitched together with a sewing machine.

The brooch has a thick denim base to add weight and support. I have used some of my screenprinted fabric (flame flower) on calico and red tulle and then stitched it on in a fanned out pattern with white cotton.

The back has fabric glued on to add more structure to the brooch and a 2cm (.78 inch) brooch back is glued to the back.

The brooch comes inside a little plastic pocket and I ship my badges in CD mailers for extra protection.
