You are viewing my ‘Royal Enclosure’ embellished and beaded headband. She is made from high quality tweed in a wonderful stone, white and pink tone, with flecks of apricot. I have added lace flowers, which are embellished with seed beads. I also stitched on by hand a spray of fine seed beads in tonal shades of clear.

She is fully adjustable with elastic at the back and measures (relaxed) 58.5cm/23 inches around and 3.2cm at the widest point (front).

She was many an hour in the making and is not only a fully functional headband, but also a unique Sara’s Texture Crafts piece of textile art. So please be aware that this item cannot be washed in the washing machine, or with lots of washing detergent and must be very carefully dabbed clean.

This is a new item for me and will definitely be something I continue in the future, so do keep an eye out.
