We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. Postal insurance for Registered Mail is only up to a maximum amount of SGD68 (subject to postal terms and conditions). Full insurance is available only for Express Shipping. Insurance cannot cover lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by a customer at checkout. We are not responsible for the loss of these packages. In the case of a lost/damage/refund claim being filed, it can take about 1 to 3 months to be resolved. We are unable to make any refunds until the courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed. A package must be missing for 30 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed.
