This listing is for one (1) VEGAN custom order needle felted likeness of your own dog or cat. These sculptures will be needle felted out of vegetable or synthetic fibers and will not contain any wool like most needle felting. For those allergic to wool, I store these fibers separate from my other wool and will even use separate tools to ensure these sculptures remain wool free.

I can make any breed (mixed or purebred!) as long as adequate pictures are supplied. When purchasing a custom order, I will be working directly off o your photographs. You will be able to customize certain features of your miniature needle felted pet (such as pose, size, accessory etc). If you would like to send me some fur from your pet to include in your sculpture I am happy to do that! This is a great way to memorialize your best friend! I will make your dog or cat ANY size you want between 1" - 4" tall. I can create them as tiny as 1:12 dollhouse scale, or as large as 4" - your choice!

Each dog or cat will come with at least one accessory
(collar, leash, toy, food bowl etc) of your choice. If there is a particular accessory you are wanting, just let me know and I will see what I can do. Additional fees may apply for complex accessories such as replica pet coats or pet beds. Most sculptures are created over a wire armature for support, which also allows them to be slightly posed.

Please allow at least 3-6 weeks for completion from the date of payment. I almost always have a waiting list, so please keep this in mind when placing an order. Each needle felted sculpture takes between 15 - 30 working hours to complete. If a “rush” is needed, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. Technique:

My dogs are sculpted through a process called Needle Felting. Needle felting is the process of taking fiber roving and using a special barbed needle to sculpt it into shape. The sculpting is done by poking the fibers thousands of times until they interlock and felt together. This process is extremely time consuming. I hand sculpt the noses out of polymer clay. The eyes are either gemstones or polymer clay.

I strive to make each miniature needle felted dog as realistic and detailed as possible. Each sculpture is an original One of a Kind (OOAK) work of art, created by artist K. Turple. Each creation is firmly felted and quite solid. I am confident you will be very pleased with your purchases, as I would never sell something that was not up to the standard of quality I strive to maintain. Every order will be carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival, and comes from a smoke free home. Please remember that each needle felted sculpture is a delicate work of art and not intended to be a toy for young children. Each order will come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, which will include a photograph of the miniature needle felted dog.
