First of all: The fabric I ordered is very beautiful and exactly as described. It fully met my expectations and I was very pleased. Shipping took a very long time. However, I was "forewarned" by previous reviews and was therefore neither surprised nor disappointed that it took a full 10 days to arrive. I wouldn't describe the "customer service" as such. Requests are ignored - in my case, the request for an invoice or receipt, which a buyer is entitled to anyway. I wrote three times, heard nothing. That's why I wouldn't shop here again. What a pity! I waited to leave a review to see if there would be a response.

Erstmal: Der bestellte Stoff ist sehr schön und so wie beschrieben. Er entsprach voll meinen Erwartungen und hat mich sehr gefreut. Der Versand hat sehr lange gedauert. Allerdings war ich durch vorangegangene Bewertungen "vorgewarnt" und deshalb weder überrascht noch enttäuscht, dass es volle 10 Tage gedauert hat, bis er da war. Den "Kundenservice" würde ich nicht als solchen bezeichnen. Anfragen werden ignoriert - in meinem Fall die Bitte um einen Rechnung oder Quittung, die einem Käufer sowieso zusteht. Dreimal geschrieben, nichts gehört. Deshalb würde ich hier nicht mehr einkaufen. Schade! Ich habe mit der Bewertung extra noch gewartet, ob doch noch eine Reaktion kommt.
