If you wish to return or exchange an item, I must be notified within 14 days from the date the package is delivered. To receive a refund, return shipping is at your expense and the item must be received in undamaged condition. If you are exchanging an item, shipping both ways is also at your expense unless the item was received damaged or faulty.
