The perfect present for the festive season !
When you go on a visit this Christmas offer this wooden gift box filled with sugar cookies-ornaments to the hostess. She will love it and cherish your present for years to come :-)

This is a round wooden box (diameter 15 cm - 5,9 inches and 5 cm deep - 2 inches ) decorated with two sugar canes, one gingerbread man, and two star shaped gold cookies.
Inside the box you can find seven ornament-cookies in shapes of rocking horse, moon, star, gingerbread man, bell, round cookie and a heart shaped almond cookie.
These ornaments are NOT edible :-)
I made them using moulds and liquid porcelain, then painted them, added the elastic golden loop to hang them from and finally applied a golden leaf on the back and varnished them. They are precious and fun, each one of them is protected in its own little organdi pouch like little jewels.

Together with their box they make a wonderful present :-)

Measurements of the cookies vary:
height from 5 cm (2 inches) to 7 cm (2,75 inches)
width from 5 cm (2 inches) to 8 cm (3,1 inches)
